Thirteen years ago I photographed my first
nude. Looking
at the shots I felt they were nice, but they were missing something.
They needed to transcend the reality of being a well-photographed
nude woman in a room.
Since
I have always been interested in drawing, I took out my oil pastels,
acrylic paints and watercolors and began to manipulate that reality.
More than a decade later, what you see are the results of that experiment.
