Thomas Pradzynski
Like
the frescoed pentimenti that bleed though the veneer of the modern
world, they hint at dimensions that otherwise are invisible, forgotten
and lost in the ruins of time. Taken literally, these deliberately
disruptive elements may seem an illogical intrusion on the artists
usual refinement. Yet when perceived and assimilated both as echoes
of a mysterious past and as subtle formal elements, they establish
a fresh presence in Pradzynskis complex counterpoint, and
spark a new emotion.
